How we work

Understanding client’s requirement
Understanding of clients business, its work flow and its requirement is very important for accurate accounting. Team Visarth is always motivated to aim higher on completing job with greater precision and accuracy as per the business specific needs. Client satisfaction is given high priority which we endeavor to achieve through our high-end performance in all aspects of our work.

Document requisition
Visarth has designed a list of checklist and documents for the specific industries and domains that we need from the client’s end for bookkeeping and other financial reporting. Client need to provide required documents as per the checklist like Purchase Bills, Expense-Bills, Bank statements, etc.

Document processing
Team Visarth enteres the documents and statements into accounting software of Business owner’s choice (Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho, Busy, Tally, etc.) or any such mutually decided accounting platform.
Team Visarth then store the digital copy of the source document along with the transaction to make it easily accessible in accounting software or on related add-ons. All the entries would be cross-checked and reviewed with the source documents (i.e. Purchase Invoice/Scanned Bills etc against the Purchase/Expense transaction, respectively). This will leave an audit trail for every transaction for future use.

Periodical Reporting
Team Visarth provides management reports as per the management specific needs, in order to serve periodic review of client’s business performance. Visarth also provide an option of standard Service Level Agreement with the client to understand exactly what their reporting needs are.

Year end books closing
Year-end financials are reviewed, audited and finalized for Tax filling preparations. We take care of all communication with your CPA also if the tax returns are done with your local CPA.
Tax preparation and filing
There is much more to tax planning and preparation than completing tax returns, Visarth assists in preparation both state and federal corporate tax returns. We work with estate planning attorneys, financial planners, and insurance agents to implement long-term strategies for business transfers and to mitigate estate taxes.
